When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.
Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. if you need to change delivery information, please contact us right away. Once the order is processed we will be unable to make any changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it may take 4-12 business days for delivery depending on your location.
SafeMedKit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier provided to you on the tracking page.
